Our Rubinero is produced from red grapes Campanas selected by us to achieve a pleasantness and enveloping softness in the blend.
The vineyards, selected in the best reals of the Campania Hills, achieve an optimal maturation of the grapes.
The collection is done manually with cassettes of about 18 kg in October.
Fermentation follows with maceration for about 15 days.
With a ruby red color, the nose resembles the red fruit jam, plum and violet, the taste is full, balanced, soft and with a long and persistent finih.
